Participants will be able to define sexual harassment outlined by the Illinois Human Rights Act.
Participants will compare various types of sexual misconduct, and warning signs, pertinent to mental health professionals.
Participants will critique Ethical Standards regarding sexual relationships and sexual harassment pertinent to clients and supervisees.
Participants will compare 5 consequences of sexual harassment as defined by law.
Participants will compare a compilation of employer responsibilities in the prevention, investigation, and corrective measures of sexual harassment.
You will know the applicable Federal and State statutory laws concerning sexual harassment, including remedies available to victims.
Sexual Harassment in the workplace is costly and damaging to both employers and employees. Not only would sexual harassment pose a risk of legal cost, but the human cost is also the most devastating. This one-hour training covers the legal and ethical guidelines of sexual harassment prevention and the required steps for employers to address ongoing harassment. Remedies and legal procedures available to victims will be covered.

Per IL Public Act 100-0762, Any IDFPR licensees can take this CE course as Spring Advisory is an authorized CE provider regulated by IDFPR.
From 2023, all licensed health professionals in Illinois are required to take courses on sexual harassment prevention, alzheimer's assessment and treatment, implicit bias training, and mandated reporter training. Each training should be 1 CE credit hour to meet license renewal requirements. First time renewal of LCPC also requires a 18-CE training on supervision.
This 1-hour video course covers the diagnosis, treatment, communication, and care of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. This course is qualified for any Illinois Health Care Professionals license renewal requirement per IL Public Act 102-0399.

1-hour video course. Implicit bias is a form of bias that occurs automatically and unintentionally and nevertheless affects judgments, decisions, and behaviors. This is a 1 CE credit hour qualified for all health care professionals in Illinois.

A: Yes, Per IL Public Act 100-0762 for Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, Illinois Public Act 102-0399 for Alzheimer’s Awareness training, and Public Act 100-0014, Illinois Complied Statues IL 20 ILCS 2105/2105-15.7 for Implicit bias Awareness training, ANY Illinois licensed professionals with continuing education requirements may take these courses from ANY CE provider, that includes Spring Advisory, which is an IDFPR approved CE provider for social workers, psychologists, and counselors.
A: On your course website, look on the left-hand side menu, and find the menu item to the CE eval and exam link.
A: It's highly possible that you misspelled your email address when filling out the form. You can retake the exam to get the certificate resent to you.
A: You must pass the exam by over 80% in order to obtain your CE certificate, go back to your course page and access the CE link, retake the exam until you pass by 80%. You will be awarded your CE certificate upon passing at 80% or above.
