Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.

Zoom meetings and webinars and recordings are used for courses you registered and or purchased to be provided to you. All Spring Advisory zoom trainings are recorded. When you come to a live training, you consent to be part of the zoom recording. If you participate in a live recorded course, you will be part of a recording. By participating in live zoom training, you consent to be recorded as a participant in zoom meetings. You consent to be in the recording that will later be made available to other students and users of Spring Advisory video products. You may turn off your camera, microphone, and change your screen name on zoom if you wish to participate without your image, voice, or name shared to other meeting participants. You can always leave the zoom meeting if you decided you do not want to be part of a live recorded meeting. Recorded version of a class may be provided to you; you may request to view recorded version of the course in a later date.

Spring Advisory, PLLC may in its discretion refund all or a portion of a charge for a course you have not completed. To request a refund on a course you have not completed, please send us an email within 30 days to let us know. We will notify you when a refund is issued. NOTE: we can only refund orders within 1 months of the date of purchase.
If you have completed 100% of our service including receiving a certificate, no refund will be available. Persons who have completed the course and received the certificate, but who attempt to avoid paying for the service received by disputing the charge, are committing theft of service. In such cases, Spring Advisory, PLLC has the right to pursue available legal remedies.

Continuing Education Credit Hours (CEs)
Spring Advisory, PLLC has been approved by The National Board For Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7169.Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Spring Advisory, PLLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
Spring Advisory, PLLC is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Spring Advisory, PLLC maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

Spring Advisory Continuing Education (CE) Grievance Procedure
Spring Advisory, PLLC is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association's Ethical Principles of Psychologists. Spring Advisory, PLLC will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of the Education Chair in consultation with the members of the continuing education committee, the Spring Advisory, PLLC Ethics Chairperson and the Convention Chairperson.
While Spring Advisory, PLLC goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues which come to the attention of the convention staff which require intervention and/or action on the part of the convention staff or an officer of Spring Advisory, PLLC. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances.
1. When a participant, either orally or in written format, files a grievance and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken.
If the grievance concerns a speaker, the content presented by the speaker, or the style of presentation, the individual filing the grievance will be asked to put his/her comments in written format. The CE Chair will then pass on the comments to the speaker, assuring the confidentiality of the grieved individual.
2. If the grievance concerns a workshop offering, its content, level of presentation, or the facilities in which the workshop was offered, the convention chair will mediate and will be the final arbitrator. If the participant requests action, the convention chair will:
a) attempt to move the participant to another workshop or
b) provide a credit for a subsequent year's workshop or
c) provide a partial or full refund of the workshop fee.
Actions 2b and 2c will require a written note, documenting the grievance, for record keeping purposes. The note need not be signed by the grieved individual.
3. If the grievance concerns Spring Advisory, PLLC CE program, in a specific regard, the CE Chair will attempt to arbitrate.
