24 License Renewal Required Credits including the 6-Mandated Topics
An IDFPR Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) must complete 24 hours of continuing education each license cycle (except for the first license cycle, when no CE is required).

A: On your course website, look on the left-hand side menu, and find the menu item to the CE eval and exam link.
A: There are a few possibilities: 1. The email address you entered was misspelled. 2. The exam scored less than 80%. 3. The certificate is in the spam folder. 4. Other technical disruption. Returning to the exam page and retaking the exam tends to solve many of the issues.
A: You must pass the exam by over 80% in order to obtain your CE certificate, go back to your course page and access the CE link, retake the exam until you pass by 80%. You will be awarded your CE certificate upon passing at 80% or above.
A: If you used PayPal to pay for your registration, you must use the same email address associated with your PayPal account to log in. Also, we often see people create two accounts by mistake due to the misspelling of email addresses. Then the paid course resides in the wrong-email-address account.
